Q: How long do your rugs typically last?

A: Because of the production quality and the fine fabrics and thread we use, our rugs may last decades, depending on the amount of wear received.

Q: Are your rugs machine washable?

A: Yes! All of our rugs are machine washable. For rugs too large for a commercial washer, we recommend simply hosing it down on a driveway or deck and letting it air dry. Rugs may also be dry cleaned if desired.

Q: When can I expect my rug once the order has been placed?

A: Typically it takes 10 to 12 weeks to fill custom rug orders once the order has been placed.

 Q: Do you have a catalog of rugs available?

A: No, our rugs are custom-made. We have hundreds of different fabrics and many thread colors available. If you have a specific color in mind, contact us and we can help you find the best thread/fabric combination to your liking.

Q: Can I choose the thread color and specific fabrics for my rug?

A: Yes! We are happy to send fabric samples for you to pick from, but often customers will ask us to make the choice for them. Fabric swatches, paint chips, or pieces of wallpaper are very helpful to us in color-matching your rug to your décor.

Q: How big/small a rug can you make?

A: Our minimum size requirement is 1200 square inches (ie. 30 by 40, 24 by 48, etc.). Our maximum width is 10 feet, with a maximum length of 35 feet. As long as your request falls anywhere within these dimensions, we can make it. We can make stair runners, square rugs, even trapezoidal ones if necessary. We cannot weave round or oval rugs for you.
